Tulum is a site of a Pre-Columbian Maya fortified city which served as an important port for Cobá. This site is located on the Yucatán Peninsula in the Caribbean Sea. Found in the Quintana Roo state of Mexico, Tulum was one of the last cities to be inherited and built by the Mayas. Today, Tulum is a famous site for tourists, especially due to the fact that it offers an extraordinary combination of relaxation, tranquility and remoteness.
